A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CONSTRUCTION 'OF SEWER LINES ON
VANDEVEENTTER AVENUE AND MAPLE STREET TO REPLACE PRIVATE SEWER
LINES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYEITEVILLE,
ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the Board of Directors hereby authorizes
the construction of sewer lines on Vandeventer Avenue and Maple Street
to replace the existing private sewer lines.
Section 2. To finance the construction of the aforesaid sewer
lines, the Water and Sewer Fund budget is hereby adjusted by increasing
Capital Sewer Lines Account No. 040-48795-054 by $12,000.00.
