A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF LAW
BOOKS FOR THE CITY ATTORNEY'S LIBRARY. '
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the Board of Directors hereby approves
the purchase of the following law books for the City Attorney's
library at a cost not to exceed $5,500.00: Southwest Reporter
(Arkansas Cases), Southwest Reporter 2nd (Arkansas Cases),
Arkansas Digest, Shephards Arkansas Citations, Arkansas Blue &
White Book, Federal Civil Judicial Procedure and Rules, Arkansas
Court Rules Annotated.
Section 2. The Board of Directors hereby approves a
$5,500.00 increase in the Publication & Dues Account of the
General Fund budget for the City Attorney.

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF RESEARCH MATERIALS FOR
THE CITY ATTORNEY AND APPROVING A BUDGET ADJUSTMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE,
ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the Board of Directors hereby authorizes
the purchase of the following research materials for the City Attorney:
Arkansas Digest; Southwestern ReRorter and Southwestern Reporter,
2d (Arkansas Cases); Shephards' Citations to Arkansas Cases and Arkansas
Statutes, and, Federal Rules of Civil and Appellate Procedure.
Section 2. That the general fund budget is hereby adjusted
by increasing account No. 44320-044 by $5,500.00
