A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE FAYETTEVILLE SEWAGE
PLANT AS THE PAUL R. NOLAND WASTEWATER TREATMENT
FACILITY.'
WHEREAS, the City of Fayetteville is under an administrative
order from the United States Environmental Protection Agency
to construct improvements to the City's sewage plants; and,
WHEREAS, Mayor Paul R. Noland has for many years
contributed untold hours toward accomplishing said required
improvements; and,
w WHEREAS, the Fayetteville Board of Directors desires
to express its appreciation to Mayor Noland for his tireless
efforts.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Fayetteville sewage.plant is hereby designated
The Paul R. Noland Wastewater Treatment Facility.

1984.
