A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DESTRUCTION OF CERTAIN CITY
RECORDS WHICH HAVE BEEN MICROFILMED.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE,
ARKANSAS:
That the City Clerk is hereby authorized to destroy the following
records which have been microfilmed: 1981-1982 file folders (invoices:
General Fund, Water/Sewer, Public Works, Sanitation and miscellaneous);
1980, 1981 and 1982 receipts (General, Water/Sewer, Sanitation, Public
Works and miscellaneous); 1981 terminated employees; 1981 vehicle
maintenance; 1981-1982 Water/Sewer work orders; 1980-1981 Water/Sewer
work orders.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 3rd day of July, 1984.
