RESOLUTION NO. 63-84
A RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDERS FOR COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO EAGLE STREET,
OAKLAND AND BERRY STREETS, AND THE HEADSTART FACILITY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Board of Directors hereby approves the change
orders attached hereto, marked Exhibits "A", "B";,"C", and
"D" and made a part hereof.

Oakland: ' New Item: Existing chain-link fence i$ from 4' to 10'_ inside street
• Right -of -Way; resulting in problems.for soil stabilization and backfill.
Berry: Item 12.C.: Due to unstable soil conditions, a retaining wall will be
necessary to obtain proper backsloping the alleviate Severe erosion
problems.
New Item: To obtain proper continuity of asphalt surfaces, an overlay
will be'necessary. -
