HomeMy WebLinkAbout54-84 RESOLUTIONRESOLUTION NO. 54-84 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO FILE EMINENT DOMAIN PROCEEDINGS TO CONDEMN RIGHT-OF-WAY NECESSARY FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO ARKANSAS HIGHWAY 156 SOUTH. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS: That the City Attorney is hereby authorized and directed to institute eminent domain proceedings to condemn the ease- ments and right -of --way described in Exhibits "A" and "B" attached hereto and made a part hereof which easements and right-of-way the Board of Directors finds must be acquired to construct necessary improvements to Arkansas Highway 156 South and to relocate utility lines in connection with the construction of said improvements.
