A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY
ATTORNEY TO FILE EMINENT DOMAIN PROCEEDINGS TO
CONDEMN RIGHT-OF-WAY NECESSARY FOR IMPROVEMENTS
TO ARKANSAS HIGHWAY 156 SOUTH.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the City Attorney is hereby authorized and directed
to institute eminent domain proceedings to condemn the ease-
ments and right -of --way described in Exhibits "A" and "B"
attached hereto and made a part hereof which easements and
right-of-way the Board of Directors finds must be acquired
to construct necessary improvements to Arkansas Highway 156
South and to relocate utility lines in connection with the
construction of said improvements.

OWNER: The Estate of Johnnie Okla Dill.
LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
75 feet of equal and uniform width along the entire
East side of the following described property located
in Washington County, Arkansas:
A part of the Southwest Quarter (SWk) of the Southeast
Quarter (SEk) of Section 22; and a part of the Northwest
Quarter (NW3/4) of the Northeast Quarter (NEU and a part
of the Northeast Quarter (NEk) of the Northwest Quarter
(NW1/4) of Section 27; all in Township Sixteen (16)
North, Range Thirty (30) West, and being more particularly
described as follows, to -wit: Commencing at a point on
the centerline of Pump Station Road, which is North
48.4 feet and 865 feet West of the Northeast corner of
said NW% NEk 22-16-30; thence running North 64° 49'
West 195 feet along said centerline to the POINT OF
BEGINNING; thence in a Northwesterly direction along
said centerline to its intersection with the East
right-of-way line of the City Lake Road; thence Southerly
along said East right-of-way line to a point which is
South 50 30' West 342 feet of the Northwest corner of
the NWk NEk Sec. 22, T -16-N, R -30-W; thence South 65°
30' East to a point which is 617.69 feet South of the
POINT OF BEGINNING, thence North 617.69 feet to the
POINT OF BEGINNING, containing 3.46 acres, more or
