RESOLUTION NO. 43-84
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DESTRUCTION OF INSPECTION
DEPARTMENT RECORDS WHICH HAVE BEEN MICROFILMED.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Inspection Superintendent is hereby authorized
to destroy the following Inspection Department records which
have been microfilmed: building permits, plumbing permits,
electrical permits, gas permits, heating and air-conditioning
permits, certificates of occupancy, building.permit applications,
sign permit applications, flood plane appliOations, monthly
reports, file copies of building code or signed variances,
plans.
