A RESOLUTION EXPRESSINGwTHE-APPRECIATION OF THE
FAYETTEVILLE BOARD OF DIRECTORS TO CONGRESSMAN
JOHN PAUL HAMMERSCHMIDT AND SENATOR DAVID PRYOR
FOR THEIR ASSISTANCE IN THE LOCATING OF AN AIR
TRAFFIC CONTROL TOWER AT THE FAYETTEVILLE
MUNICIPAL AIRPORT.
WHEREAS, Congressman John Paul Hammerschmidt and Senator
David Pryor have provided great assistance in the locating
of an air traffic control tower at the Fayetteville Municipal
Airport; and
WHEREAS, said air traffic control tower will greatly
enhance aircraft safety.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Board of Directors hereby expresses its deep
appreciation to Congressman John Paul Hammerschmidt and Senator
David Pryor for their assistance in the locating of an air
traffic control tower at the Fayetteville Municipal Airport.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 20th day of March, 1984.
