A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO INSTITUTE -
AN EMINENT DOMAIN PROCEEDING FOR THE PURPOSE OF CON-
DEMNING ADDITIONAL RIGHT-OF-WAY ALONG CITY LAKE ROAD.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
The City Attorney is hereby authorized and directed to
institute an eminent domain proceeding for the purpose of
condemning additional right-of-way along City Lake Road.. The
legal description of the right-of-way authorized for condemna-
tion hereby is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A" and made
a part hereof.
