A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK
TO EXECUTE A QUITCLAIM DEED TO FIRSTSOUIH FEDERAL
SAVINGS AND IRAN ASSOCIATION FOR A SIX FOOT STRIP
OF PROPERTY EAST OF COLLEGE AVENUE AND SOUTH OF
DICKSON STREET IN VAN HOOSE - VAN WINKLE ADDITION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRHC ORS OF TBE CITY OF FAYEITEVILLE,
ARKANSAS:
That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed
to execute the QuitClaim Deed attached hereto marked Exhibit "A" and
made a part hereof.

QUITCLAIM DEED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, by its duly authorized
officers, for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar (1.00),
to it in hand paid by FirstSouth Federal Savings and Loan Association,
an Arkansas banking association (the "Bank"), and other good and valuable
consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged,
does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey, assign, transfer and deliver
unto the Bank, its successors and assigns forever all of its right,
title and interest in and to the following described real estate and
premises situated in the City of Fayetteville, Washington County,
Arkansas, with all building, additions and improvements located thereon,
together with the tenements, accretions, hereditaments, easements,
appurtenances, rights of way, privileges, and immunities thereunto
belonging or appertaining, to wit:
6' of equal and uniform width off the entire South side
of Lot No. 2 in Van Hoose - Van Winkle Addition to the City
of Fayetteville, Arkansas according to the map of said Addition,
made by Burns & McDonald for the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas
on file in the office of the Circuit Clerk and Ex -Officio
Recorder of Washington County Arkansas.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the Bank and unto its successors
and assigns forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas has caused
this Quitclaim Iced to be signed in its name and behalf by its Mayor
and its corporate seal to be hereunto affixed and attested by its
