FOR A TELEPHONE SYSTEM FOR THE AIRPORT MANAGER'S OFFICE. - • • BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS: That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute a lease purchase agreement with De1taCo n, Inc. for a telephone system for the Airport Manager's office. A copy of the agreement authorized for execution hereby is attached hereto marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof. PASSED AND APPROVED this 6th day of A11'bST APPROVED November , 1984. By:/ fe' yor • • AGREEMENT This agreement executed this • • day of October, 1984, by and between DeltaComm, Inc., hereinafter called Lessor, and the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, hereinafter called Lessee. In consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein, Lessor and Lessee hereby agree as follows: 1. Lessor leases to a telephone system at Drake Lessee, and Lessee leases from Lessor, Field for the Airport Manager and City staff. Said system is more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof. 2. Lessee agrees to pay lessor the sum of $42.39 per month in rent for use of the aforesaid equipment. Said rent shall be payable in advance on or before the first day of each month during the term of this agreement. 3. The term of this agreement shall commence on November 1, 1984, and shall terminate en January 31, 1985. 4. During the term of this lease, Lessor shall perform necessary maintenance to insure that the aforesaid telephone system functions properly. 5. Lessor hereby grants lessee an option to purchase the telephone system leased hereunder and described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto. z7 The option price shall be $ /333 "c .
