A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE INSTITUTION OF EMINENT DOMAIN PROCEEDINGS
TO CONDEMN THREE PARCELS NEEDED AS A SLUDGE MANAGEMENT SITE AS
PART OF IMPROVEMENTS TO THE CITY'S WASTEWATER TREATMENT SYSTEM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY TBE BOARD OF DIRFXIURS OF TBE CITY OF FAYECITEVILLE,
ARKANSAS:
That the City Attorney is hereby authorized and directed to insti-
tute eminent domain proceedings to condemn the real property described
in Exhibits "A", "8", and "C" attached hereto and made a part hereof
for use as a sludge management site as part of improvements to the
City's Wastewater Treatment System. • "

A strip of land 250 feet wide off of the West side of the Southwest
Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section Four (4) containing
Seven and one-half (7 1/2) acres, more or less; the South Half
of the Southeast Quarter; the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest
Quarter and all that part of the West Half of the Southwest Quarter
lying East of White River in Section Five (5) containing 131-1/2
acres more or less; the Northeast Quarter and -all that part of
the Northwest Quarter lying East of White River in Section Eight
(8) containing Two Hundred Fifty-four and one-half (254-1/2)
acres, all in Township Sixteen (16) North, Range Twenty-nine
(29) West of the 5th P.M. and containing in all Three Hundred
Ninety-three and one-half (393-1/2) acres, more or less.

Township 16, Range 29 containing 77.50 acres and Part of the
East Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 4, Township 16,
Range 29 containing 80 acres and Part of the Northeast Quarter
of the Northwest Quarter of Section 9, Township 16, Range 29
containing 40 acres of Washington County, Arkansas.

The South half (S 1/2) of the NW 1/4 of Section 9 in Township
16 North of Range 29 West, LESS AND EXCEPT, Part of the
SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 9 in Township 16 North,
of Range 29 West, being described as follows:,_ Beginning
at the Southwest Corner of said 40 acre tract, and running
thence North 210 feet, more or less; thence East 420 feet,
more or less; thence South 210 'feet, more or less; thence
West 420 feet, more or less, containing 2 acres. Tract
containing 78.33 acres, more or less.
