A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO DESTROY CERTAIN FINANCE
DEPARTMENT RECORDS AND DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE,
ARKANSAS:
That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to destroy 1980
General Fund file folders; 1980 bank statements; 1979-1980 General Fund cash
receipts; 1979-1980 Water & Sewer and Sanitation Fund cash %receipts; 1980
City Shop inventory and vehicle maintenance reports; files on terminated
employees up to calendar year -1981; and bid files up -to calendar year 1981;
all of which have been microfilmed
PASSED AND APPROVED this 17th day of January, 1984.
