A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY TO FURNISH LABOR AND EQUIPMENT
FOR THE IMPROVING (WITHOUT CURB AND GUTTER) OF SMITH AVENUE NORTH
FROM MARKHAM ROAD.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYEPIEVILLE,
ARKANSAS•
That the City is hereby authorized and directed to furnish labor
and equipment for the improving (without curb and gutter) of Smith
Avenue north from Markham Road.
