Home My WebLink About10-84 RESOLUTION• • RESOLUTION NO. 10-84 1 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZIdC'THt MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE AN AMENDMENT TO THE CITY'S AIRPORT GRANT AGREE- MENT WITH THE FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION TO PROVIDE GRANT FUNDS TO FINANCE CONSTRUCTION OF AN ACCESS TAXI- WAY, AIRCRAFT PARKING APRON, EAST ENTRANCE ROAD, AND A NOISE STUDY. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS: That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute an amendment to the City's grant agreement with the Federal Aviation Administration to provide grant funds to finance construction of an access taxi -way, aircraft parking apron, east entrance road, and a noise study. A copy of the amendment authorized for execution hereby, is attached hereto., marked Exhibit "A", and made a part hereof. PASSED AND APPROVED this 17th day of January, 1984. WHEREAS, the Federal Aviation Administration (hereinafter referred to as the "FAA") has determined it to be in the interest of the United States that the Grant Agreement between the FAA; acting for and on behalf of the United States, and the City of Fayetteville ,Arkansas (hereinafter referred to'as the "Sponsor"), accepted by said Sponsor on the 21st day of September 19 81 be amended as hereinafter provided.
