RESOLUTION N0.105-84
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A THIRTY
DAY PRIVATE COLLECTOR'S CONTRACT WITH HAROLD PARSONS d/b/a NORTHWEST
ARKANSAS WASTE MANAGEMENT FOR GARBAGE COLLECTION AT CERTAIN INDUS-
TRIES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE,
ARKANSAS:
At such time as Harold Parsons d/b/a Northwest Arkansas Waste
Management has negotiated a garbage collection and disposal contract
with any of the following industries, the City Manager is hereby authorized
and directed to execute a 30 day private collector's agreement pursuant
to §10-46 of the Fayetteville Code of Ordinances authorizing said
Harold Parsons d/b/a Northwest Arkansas Waste Management to collect
and dispose of garbage and trash from said industries: Southwestern
Bell, Truck Rebuilders, Veterans Hospital, Winamac Steel, Standard
Register Co., Kearney Company, Levi Strauss & Co., J.C. Penney Company,
Dillon's Food Store, Baldwin Piano and Organ Co., and Mexican Original
Products, Inc.
