A RESOLUTION OPPOSING ANY LEGISLATION AMENDING OR
REPEALING THE EXISTING ENABLING LEGISLATION FOR
MUNICIPAL AND COUNTY SALES TAXES.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the City of
Fayetteville, Arkansas:
That the Board of Directors hereby opposes any legislation
to amend or repeal the existing enabling legislation for
municipal and county sales taxes.
