A RESOLUTION ADOPTING A SCHEDULE
FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF THE CITY
OF FAYETTEVILLE'S SELECTED
WASTEWATER MANAGEMENT PLAN.
WHEREAS, the Fayetteville Board of Directors unanimously
voted on May 19, 1983, to adopt the White River Split Flow'
'alternative as the City's selected wastewater management
plan; and
WHEREAS,"it is essential that the City_proceed with
the implementation of the selected plan in order to comply
with the'City's EPA NPDES.Discharge Permit and to maximuze
the level of grant funding to be received from the EPA;

NOW-, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Board of Directors hereby adopts the following
implementation schedule:
1. Preparation of detailed plans
and specifications will be
completed by June 1, 1984.
2. Construction will be started by
January 1, 1985.
3. Construction will be completed by
January 1, 1987.
4. Operational level will be achieved by
March 1, 1987.
