A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CONDEMNATION OF PROPERTY'j
OWNED BY•KEARNEY NATIONAL, INC.. FOR THE CONSTRUCTION
OF IMPROVEMENTS TO THE FAYETTEVILLE MUNICIPAL AIRPORT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the City Attorney is hereby authorized and directed
to file eminent domain proceedings to condemn from Kearney
National, Inc. the real property described in Exhibit "A"
attached hereto and made a part hereof for the purpose of
constructing improvements to the Fayetteville Municipal Airport.
