A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE A CHANGE ORDER IN THE CITY'S CONTRACT WITH
KAN-ARK INDUSTRIES, INC. FOR THE RENOVATION OF THE
CITY ADMINISTRATION BUILDING FOR THE INSTALLATION OF
A VIDEO CONTROL BOOTH ADJACENT TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
ROOM/MUNICIPAL COURT,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to execute a change order in the City's contract
with Kan -Ark Industries, Inc. for the renovation of the City
Administration Building to provide for the installation of
a video control booth adjacent to the Board of Directors
Room/Municipal Court.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 5-413 day of April, 1983.

To make revisions at Second Floor Board Room and add control booth
as shown on Sheets X-9, X-10, and X-11 attached.
To add fourteen (14) radio outlets consisting of 3/4" conduit with
junction box mounted 12" above finished floor and extending 12"
above ceiling. They will be in the following rooms: 010 (2), 011,
013, 031, 033, 116, 120, 125, 206, 303, 309, 316, and 322.
(See Architect for exact locations.)
To add 3" conduit stubbed through roof with gooseneck at Room 331.
