A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE A CHANGE ORDER IN THE CITY'S CONTRACT WITH
KAN-ARK INDUSTRIES, INC. FOR THE RENOVATION OF THE
CITY ADMINISTRATION BUILDING TO PROVIDE FOR INSULA:, -
TION:IN THE EXTERIOR WALLS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to execute a change order in the City's contract with
Kan -Ark Industries, Inc. for the renovation of the City Adminis-
tration Building to provide for insulation in the exterior walls.
A copy of the change order authorized hereby is attached hereto,
marked Exhibit "A", and made a part hereof.
PASSED AND APPROVED this SiSday of April, 1983.
