RESOLUTION NO. VO -23
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTING THE CITY ATTORNEY
TO INSTITUTE EMINENT DOMAIN PROCEEDINGS TO CONDEMN A
STREET AND UTILITY EASEMENT ACROSS PROPERTY OWNED BY
RITA EERRELL FOR THE PURPOSE OF EXTENDING JOYCE STREET
AND CONSTRUCTING AND MAINTAINING PUBLIC UTILITY LINES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE„ ARKANSAS:,
That the City Attorney'is hereby authorized and directed
to institute eminent domain proceedings to condemn the street
and utility. easement described in Exhibit "A".attached hereto
and made.a part hereof for the purpose of extending Joyce
Street and constructing and maintaining public utility lines.
