A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING'THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE UTILITY, SEWER, AND DRAINAGE EASEMENTS FOR
WALKER PARK NORTH.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to execute utility, sewer, and drainage easements
for Walker Park North to enable construction of a softball and
soccer field. A copy of the easements authorized for execution
hereby are attached hereto, marked Exhibits "A", "B", and "C",
and made a part hereof. L

providing natural gas, electric, telephone, and cable
television service to residents of the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas, the following described perpetual easement for the
purpose of constructing and maintaining natural gas, electric,
telephone, or cable television lines and appurtenances,
to -wit:
Twenty (20) feet off the Eastern side: Twenty-five
(25) feet off the Northern side: and Twenty (20) feet
off the Western side of the property described in
Exhibit 11A11 attached hereto.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said premises to said Grantee, the
City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, for the uses and purposes
hereinbefore described.

Being more particularly described as follows: Beginning
at a point which is 376.6 feet South of the NW corner
of the NE4 of the NE% of Section 21, T -16-N, R -30-W,
and running thence East 511.8 feet to the West right of
way of Block Street; thence South along said right of
way 1358.4 feet to the intersection of the North right
of way of 13th Street; thence along. the North right of

and approximately 405 feet East of the NW corner, NE%,
NE% of Section 21, T16N, R3OW; thence generally S 18° W
a distance of approximately 130 feet; thence generally
S 3° W a distance of approximately 353 feet; thence
generally South a distance of approximately 267 feet;
thence generally S 88°E a distance of approximately
170 feet to a point on the Eastern property line.
