A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY ATTORNEY
TO INSTITUTE EMINENT DOMAIN PROCEEDINGS TO CONDEMN CERTAIN
PROPERTY OWNED BY FALCO K. FYE, SUE ANN FYE, ROBERT HAY,
AND MARGARET B. HAY FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE FAYETTEVILLE
MUNICIPAL AIRPORT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the City Attorney is hereby authorized and directed
to condemn in fee simple title that property described in
Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof which
property is owned by Falco K. Fye, Sue Ann Fye, Dr Robert
Hay, and Margaret B. Hay, and the acquisition of which is
needed for necessary improvements to the Fayetteville Municipal
Airport.
