A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF REVENUE BONDS
IN THE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF $300,000 BY CENTRAL BUSINESS.
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1 OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE
TO FINANCE THE CONSTRUCTION AND RENOVATION OF THE
GUISINGER BUILDING INTO PROFESSIONAL OFFICES.
WHEREAS, the Fayetteville Board of Directors has held
a public hearing on the question of approving the issuance
of revenue bonds in the principal amount of $300,000 by
Central Business Improvement District No. 1 of the City of
Fayetteville to finance the acquisition and renovation of
the Guisinger Building on the downtown square into professional
offices by Bobby Odom; and
WHEREAS, notice of said public hearing has been duly
published; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors has heard all persons
designed to be heard on the question and has determined that
the issuance of said bonds should be approved: ,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE -BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Board of Directors hereby approves the issuance
of revenue bonds in the principal amount of $300,000, by
Central Business Improvement District No. 1 of the City of
Fayetteville to finance the acquisition and renovation of
the Guisinger Building on the downtown square for professional
offices by Bobby Odom.
