A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CHANGE ORDER IN THE CITY'S
CONTRACT WITH WEINLAND,.INC. FOR INSTALLATION OF A
TEN UNIT"T—HANGAR AT THE FAYETTEVILLE MUNICIPAL AIRPORT
TO ELIMINATE INTERIOR PARTITION WALLS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Board of Directors hereby approves a change
order in the City's contract with Weinland, Inc. for the
installation of a ten unit T -hangar at the Fayetteville
Municipal Airport to eliminate all interior partition walls.
A copy of the change order is attached hereto, marked Exhibit
A and made a part hereof.

Dear Mr„. Grimes:
We propose to eliminate all of the interior partition walls in the 10 unit
T -Hangar and thereby deduct $11,670.00. This would change the amount of our
contract from $126,470.00 to $114,800.00.
You may institute this change by signing one copy of this letter where indicated
below and returning it to us. If you prefer, you may wish to use a change
order form or letter of your own choosing. Either method is satisfactory
to us.

This change is necessary because it has been determined that city codes
require one hour fire walls inside the hangar.
We will take bids for installation of these walls. It is estimated the
cost increase will be from 5 to 7 thousand dollars.
