A RESOLUTION.AUTHORIZINTAND DIRECTING THE CITY ATTORNEY
TO AUTHORIZE CONDEMNATION PROCEEDINGS TO CONDEMN 0.15:-.
ACRES EAST OF COLLEGE AVENUE AND NORTH OF THE WASHINGTON
COUNTY COURTHOUSE. FOR THE PURPOSE OF EXTENDING MEADOW
STREET.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY -
OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
THAT the City Attorney is hereby authorized and directed
to institute condemnation proceedings to condemn the real
property described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made
a part hereof for the. purpose of extending Meadow Street.
