A RESOLUITION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK
TO EXECUTE A BILL OF ASSURANCE WITH BARBARA G. TAYLOR
FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS ALONG
VIRGINIA STREET.
BE IT RFJSOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to execute a bill of assurance with Barbara G.
Taylor for the construction of drainage improvements along
Virginia Street. A copy of the bill of assurance authorized
for execution hereby is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A",
and made a pairt hereof.

This declaration of a Bill of Assurance made this /..574 -day

hereinafter called "City" and Barabara G.

part hereof; whereas the aforesaid Owner of the real property
described iri said Exhibit A has granted a temporary construction

easement to+the City of Fayetteville for the construction and
installation of a single barrel sewer on, over and across the
real property described in Exhibit A; and whereas the City has
promised and agreed to perform said work in a specified manner;
and
WHEREAS the City is

Bill of Assurance with the intention

NOW,. THEREFORE, the City declares that the above described
single barrel ewer shall be constructed and installed in keeping

B and madela part hereof by this reference thereto. 'The City
shall hold.harmless and indemnify Owner from any expense in the
construction of said single barrel sewer and shall hold harmless
and indemnify Owner from any damage from the performance of said
