A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE-MAYOR—AND CITY CLERK
TO EXECUTE A TWENTY YEAR LEASE AGREEMENT WITH THE
NORTHWEST ARKANSAS RESOURCE RECOVERY AUTHORITY:FOR
7.92 ACRES TO BE USED AS THE SITE FOR A SOLID WASTE
DISPOSAL AND RESEARCH RECOVERY FACILITY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARDtOF DIRECTORS
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS: •` - - }'rb
That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to execute a twenty year lease agreement,with
the Northwest Arkansas Resource Recovery Authority for 7.92
acres to be used as the site for a solid waste disposal and
resource recovery facility. A copy of the lease agreement
authorized for execution hereby is attached hereto, marked
Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof.
