That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to execute the warranty deed attached hereto marked
Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof.conveying the property
described. therein to Robert B..West phal.

WARRANTY DEED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That the CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS, a municipal
corporation, for an in consideration of the sum of One
Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration to
it in hand paid by Robert B. Westphal, does hereby grant,
bargain and sell unto the said Robert B. Westphal and unto
his heirs and assigns, the following described lands, situate
in Washington County, Arkansas, to -wit:
The Westernmost one-half of the following described
property located in Washington County, Arkansas: Part
of the East Half of the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section
20 in Township 16 North of Range 30 West described as
follows: Beginning at a point which is 100 feet North
of the Southeast corner of said 20 acre tract and
running thence North 100 feet; thence West 219 feet;
thence South 100 feet; thence East 219 feet to the
point of beginning.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said lands and appurtenances
thereunto belonging unto the said Robert B. Westphal, and
unto his heirs and assigns forever. And the said City of
Fayetteville, Arkansas, does hereby covenant that it is
lawfully seized of said land and premises; that same is
unencumbered, and it will forever warrant and defend title
to said lands against all claims whatsoever.
