RESOLUTION NO. 118-83
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR'AND-CITY CLERK
TO EXECUTE A QUITCLAIM DEED FOR LOTS NUMBERED 5 AND
6 in BLOCK 1 OF JENNINGS ADDITION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to execute a quitclaim deed for lots numbered 5 and
6 in Block numbered 1 in Jennings Addition to the City of
Fayetteville. A copy of the quitclaim deed authorized for
execution hereby is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A", and
made a part hereof.
