A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR.AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE AN AMENDMENT TO THE CITY'S CONTRACT WITH
MILHOLLAND ENGINEERING AND SURVEYING FOR CONSTRUC-
TION OF A SIDEWALK ALONG FIFTEENTH STREET TO INCREASE.
BY $300.00 THE TOTAL ENGINEERING FEE PAYABLE THERE-
UNDER.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF. DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to execute an amendment to the City's contract with
Milholland Engineering and Surveying for the construction of
a sidewalk along Fifteenth Street to increase by $300.00 the
total fee payable thereunder. A copy of the amendment
authorized for execution hereby is attached hereto, marked
Exhibit "A", and made a part hereof.

AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO AGREEMENT FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES
FOR SIDEWALK CONSTRUCTION
The Agreement for Engineering, Services dated August 18, 1982. by
and between the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, and Milholland Engineer-
ing and Surveying, Consulting Engineer of Fayetteville,. Arkansas; is
hereby amended in the following particulars:
A. Change in design which caused additional surveying,
drafting, design, and construction management.
Compensation is amended to add a lump sum amount of
$200.00 under "Basic Engineering Services" and a sum
of $100.00 to the Maximum -Not -To -Exceed figure under
"Construction Management". The total compensation
for Basic Engineering Services shall then be a fixed
fee in] the amount of $3,016.52, and the total fee for
Construction Management shall not exceed $1,600.00.
