A RESOLUTION APPOINTING CITY RIGHT-OF-WAY AGENT ED CONNELL
AS REVIEW APPRAISER FOR FEDERALLY FUNDED REAL PROPERTY
ACQUISITIONS FOR THE FAYETTEVILLE MUNICIPAL AIRPORT.
BE IT [RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That City right-of-way agent Ed Connell is
hereby appointeld review appraiser for federally funded real.
property acquiditions for the Fayetteville Municipal Airport.
Section 2J The review appraiser shall:
(a) Requilre the appraisers to make all necessary
corrections in their reports, particularly those
needed to insure substantial consistency in factual
data therein.
(b) Dete
appraisal
furnished
of value.
ine acceptability and adequacy of the
reports, including the data and analysis
by the appraisers to support their opinions
(c) Make an on-site inspection of the property and of
comparable properties considered by the appraisers in
deriving their valuations.
(d) Consider any report of unlawful condition or
occupancy of the property.
(e) -if the reviewer finds the appraisal reports
acceptable and properly documented, determine for each
parcel his opinion of the fair market value thereof.
