A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE REIMBURSEMENT OF COSTS
INCURRED BY SOUTHWESTERN BELL TELEPHONE COMPANY AND
SOUTHWESTERN ELECTRIC POWER COMPANY TO PLACE OVERHEAD
UTILITIES UNDERGROUND IN CONNECTION WITH THE RENOVA-
TION OF THE CITY ADMINISTRATION BUILDING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Boardcof Directors hereby authorizes reimburse-
ments of uprto $30,000 for Southwestern Electric Power Company
and up to $90;000 for Southwestern Bell Telephone Company for
costs incurred in the placing of overhead utilities underground
in connection with the renovation of the City Administration
Building.
