A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO
INSTITUTE EMINENT DOMAIN PROCEEDINGS TO CONDEMN STREET RIGHT-
OF-WAY ACROSS PROPERTY OWNED BY ROBERT B. WESTPHAL FOR THE
PURPOSE OF EXTENDING SOUTH RAZORBACK ROAD.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE,
ARKANSAS:- '
That the City Attorney is hereby authorized and directed to institute
eminent domain proceedings to condemn the street right-of-way described in
Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof across property owned by
Robert Westphal for the purpose of extending South Razorback Road.
