A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CANCELLATION OF THE CITY'S
LEASE WITH MARY HINTON FOR THE PARKING LOT ON THE
SOUTH SIDE OF DICKSON STREET WEST OF GEORGE'S
MAJESTIC LOUNGE..
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Board of Directors hereby approves cancellation
of the City's lease with Mary Hinton for the parking lot on
the South side of Dickson Street West of George's Majestic
Lounge.

The undersigned merchants located on Dickson Street,
either adjacent to or close by the parking lot next to George's
Majestic, Lounge, hereby agree to the City relinquishing and
turning back the Lease Agreement and cancelling same with
Mary Hinton and returning control of the clot to Mary Hinton.
It is the intentions of the merchants that they have
reached an agreement whereby they will negotiate with Mary
Hinton for.the sum each merchant will pay and Mary Hinton agrees
that
will
she will enter into an agreement whereby the merchants
have parking access in the lot for at least the period of
time remaining on the original Lease Agreement with the City
of Fayettev:ille:=for-an amount no less than the amount she is
currently receiving from the City of Fayetteville.
The undersigned hereby agree to the City cancelling
the lease between the City of Fayetteville and Mary Hinton
or George's Majestic Lounge:
