FOR CONSTRUC- TION OF A PARKING GARAGE ADJACENT TO THE CONTINUING EDUCATION CENTER. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS: That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute change orders 1-8 in the City's contract with Brennan Boyd Construction Company, Inc. for construction of a parking garage adjacent to the Continuing Education Center. The original drawings show a 45 foot long retaining wall, but we have been able to work out the grades so that only 15 feet will be necessary. This work was shown on the drawings as not in the contract (NIC) and a change order is requested for $964.00 for this work.
