RESOLUTION NO. 562- 2;z:
A RESOLUTION EXERCISING THE CITY'S OPTION TO EXTEND
THE TERM OF ITS SANITARY LANDFILL CONTRACT WITH
CARL D. CARPENTER FOR AN ADDITIONAL PERIOD OF ONE
YEAR BEGINNING APRIL 14, 1982.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Board of Directors hereby exercises the option
in patagraph 9 of the City's sanitary landfill contract with
Carl D. Carpenter dated June 31, 1978, and modified on
December 18, 1979, to extend the term of said contract for
a period of one year beginning April 14, 1982. Said contract
having been assigned to Sun Ray Sanitation, Inc. on April 21,
1981, the City Clerk is hereby directed to mail a copy of
this resolution by certified mail, return receipt requested,
to Sun Ray Sanitation, Inc. at its regular mailing address.
