A RESOLUTION EXPRESSING THE INTENTION OF THE FAYETTEVILLE
BOARD OF DIRECTORS TO TERMINATE SOCIAL SECURITY COVERAGE
FOR CITY EMPLOYEES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the Board of Directors hereby expresses
its intention to terminate social security coverage for City
employees at the earliest date permissible under the Social
Security Act and the terms of the coverage agreement.
Section 2. A copy of this resolution shall be served
on the Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services
by certified mail, return receipt requested. ////
