A RESOLUTION RATIFYING LOANS TOTALING $420,000 FROM
THE GENERAL FUND BETWEEN 1977 AND 1979 TO FINANCE
CONSTRUCTION OF THE CONTINUING EDUCATION CENTER.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Board of Directors hereby ratifies loans
totaling $420,000 from the General Fund made between 1977
and 1979 to finance construction of the Continuing Education
Center and hereby ratifies the Board's decision that said
$420,000 loan shall bear interest at the rate of 1O% per
annum until paid in full from surplus monies in the pledged
revenue fund and/or construction fund under the trust
indenture for the tourism revenue bonds issued to finance
construction of the Continuing Education Center.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 02'14 day of March, 1982.
