A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK
TO EXECUTE AN AMENDMENT TO THE CITY'S ENGINEERING
CONTRACT WITH MILHOLLAND COMPANY DATED MARCH 25,
1981, FOR ADDITIONAL SERVICES IN THE DESIGN OF THE
TWELFTH STREET -VAN BUREN AVENUE STREET IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to execute an amendment to the City's engineering
contract with Milholland Company dated March 25, 1981, to
authorize an additional payment in the amount of $1,124.70
for additional services in the design of the Twelfth Street -
Van Burden Avenue street improvement project. A copy of the
amendment authorized'for execution hereby is attached hereto,
marked Exhibit "A", and made a part hereof.

AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO AGREEMENT FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES
FOR STREET CONSTRUCTION
The Agreement for Engineering Services dated March 25, 1981, by and
between the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, and Milholland and Associates,
Inc., Consulting Engineer of Fayetteville, Arkansas, is hereby amended
in the following particulars:
A. Change in design which caused additional surveying,
drafting, and design.
B. Compensation is amended to add the lump sum amount of
$1,124.70 under "Basic Engineering Services". The total
compensation for Basic Engineering Services shall then
be a fixed fee in the amount of $13,678.80.
