RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE A MODIFICATION OF THE CITY'S LEASE AGREEMENTS
WITH SCHEDULED SKYWAYS, FRONTIER AIRLINES, AND METRO
AIRLINES TO PRESCRIBE THE AMOUNT OF MONTHLY LEASE
PAYMENTS FOR NONEXCLUSIVE LEASE OF SPACE AT THE DRAKE
FIELD TERMINAL BUILDING.
That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to execute a modification of the City's lease
agreements with Scheduled Skyways, Frontier Airlines, and
Metro Airlines to prescribe the amount of lease payments for
nonexclusive space at the Drake Field Terminal Building. A
copy of the modifications authorized for execution hereby
are attached hereto and marked Exhibits "A", "B", and "C'
and made a part hereof.

Frontier Lease
This will confirm our conversation of May 7, 1982 on
the above subject.
Frontier chose not to route for corporate eignature the
lease amendment approved by the Board of Directors on
January 18, 1982 as our service at Fayetteville had been
terminated by the time the document had been forwarded
to Frontier.
As the adjusted rates did become effective on January 1,
1982, Frontier did honor your invoice which was so pre-
pared for the month of January, 1982.

MODIFICATICN OF LEASE AGREEMENT
This agreement made this r'clay of

between the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, a Municipal Corporation,
hereinafter called Lessor, and Frontier Airlines, Inc., a Nevada
dorporation,-hereinafter-called Lessee.
WHEREAS, the parties hereto have entered into a lease dated February
11, 1980, a copy of which is attached hereto, marked Exhibit YA" and made
a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, the parties desire to enter into a new agreement modifying
or supplementing the provisions of said lease.
NOW, THEREFORE, the parties mutually agree as follows:
1. Paragraph 2 of said lease is modified by adding subparagraph (C)
to read as follows:
The non-exclusive use of the following space, designated
in Exhibit "AY:
1. 300 square feet of space located directly in front
of Lessee's ticket counter which is used by Lessee's
customers and known as the Customer Ticket Area
2. 1098 square feet of space known as the Airline
Gate Area. The Airline Gate Area has been divided
assuming there are two (2) airlines serving
Drake Field. The square footage will be adjusted,
either upward or downward, if there is a change
in the number of airlines serving Drake Field.
3. 240 square feet of space known as the Baggage Claim
Area. The Baggage Claim Area has been divided
assuming there are two (2) airlines serving Drake
Field. The square footage will be adjusted, either
upward or downward, if there is a change in the
number of airlines serving Drake Field.
2. Paragraph 5 of said 1Pase is amended by mcdifying the last sentence
in the first paragraph to read:
All rentals and charges shall be renegotiated annually,
before December 31st of each year.
3. Paragraph 5(A) of said lease is mcdified to provide that sum
payable thereunder shall be $17.00 per square foot beginning January 1, 1982.
4. Paragraph 5(C) of said lease is modified to read as follows:
For the non-exclusive use of the space described above
in paragraph 2, subparagraph C, the sum of $3.00 per
square foot per year for the months January through
November and $6.00 per square foot per year for the
month of December.

5. Exhibit "B" to said lease is modified to provide for the twelve (12)
month period beginning July I, 1982, the landing fee payable by lessee shall
be 42 cents per 1,000 pounds (mclw) per month, and by adding the following:
The minimum fee for any scheduled landing shall be $4.00.
6. All provisions of the lease are incorporated herein and are hereby
-modifted-or-supplemented to conform -herewith but in.all other respects are
to be and shall continue in force.

MODIFICATION OF LEASE AGREEMENT
This agreement made this Irk day of 198c)..., by and
between the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, a Municipal Corporation,
hereinafter called Tessor, and Scheduled Skyways, Inc., an Arkansas
business corporation, hereinafter called Lessee.
WHEREAS, the parties hereto have entered into a lease dated May 6, 1979,
a copy of which is attached hereto, marked EXhibit "A" and made a part
hereof; and
WHEREAS, the parties desire to enter into a new agreement modifying or
supplementing the provisions of said lease.
NOW, THEREFORE, the parties mutually agree as follows:
1. ParagraPh 2(A) of said lease is modified by adding a second (2nd)
paragraph to read as follows:
As of MerCh ';1, 1982, throughout the term of this
lease, Lessor grants Lessee the exclusive use of an
additional 392 square feet of office space in the
Terminal Building at the airport, as designated in
Exhibit "A" page 2
2. Paragraph 2 of said lease is mcdified by adding subparagraph (C)
