A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY PARTICIPATION IN THE
OVERSIZING OF AN EXTENSION OF JOYCE STREET FROM ITS
PRESENT EASTERN TERMINUS EASTWARD TO OLD MISSOURI ROAD.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That'the Board of Directors hereby approves City partic-
ipation in the oversizing of an extension of Joyce Street
from its present eastern terminus eastward to Old Missouri
Road; provided the extent of City participation shall not
exceed 8210,000.00 and said funds shall come from the Street
Department's allocation of the City's share of county sales
tax revenues.
