A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A $1,000 BUDGET ADJUSTMENT
IN THE MUNICIPAL COURT BUDGET FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
TO FINANCE THE ISSUANCE AND SERVICE"OF GARNISHMENTS TO
COLLECT UNPAID FINES FOR ILLEGAL PARKING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS.
That the Municipal Court budget is hereby modified by
increasing Account No. 00-1-4420-051, Professional Services,
by $1,000 to finance the issuance and service of garnishments
to collect unpaid fines for illegal parking. Said $1,000
increase shall be taken from the General Fund balance.
