HomeMy WebLinkAbout138-82 RESOLUTION• r h RESOLUTION NO. /32 'S/02.$ • A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO INSTITUTE EMINENT DOMAIN PROCEEDINGS TO CONDEMN RIGHT-OF-WAY NECESSARY TO EXTEND RAZORBACK ROAD SOUTH OF U.S. HIGHWAY 62 TO 15th STREET. s • BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS: That the City Attorney is hereby authorized and directed to institute eminent domain proceedings to condemn right-of=way necesssary to extend Razorback Road south of U.S. Highway 62 to 15th Street. The easements authorized for condemnation hereby, and those persons having aninterest in the property, are reflected on Exhibits "A" and "B" attached hereto and made a part hereof.
