A RESOLUTION RATIFYING EXECUTION OF A CHANGE ORDER
IN THE AMOUNT OF $6,261.00 IN THE CITY'S CONTRACT
DATED OCTOBER 19, 1982 WITH McCLINTON-ANCHOR DIVISION
FOR THE REPAIR OF HILLDALE AND ELIZABETH STREETS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Board of Directors hereby ratifies the action
of the City Manager in executing the change order attached
hereto marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof; and the
Board of Directors hereby approves said change order.
