A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK
TO EXECUTE A MODIFICATION OF THE CITY'S LEASE AGREE-
MENT WITH OFF-STREET DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 1 TO
'AMEND THE LEGAL - DESCRIPTION THEREIN. _ ,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS: t
That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to execute a modification of lease agreement with
Off -Street Parking Development District No. 1. A copy of the
modification authorized for execution hereby is attached
hereto, marked Exhibit "A", and made a part hereof.

'MODIFICATION OF LEASE AGREEMENT
This agreement made this S qday of AfflE/L

1982, by and between the Off -Street Parking Development District
No. 1of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, hereinafter
called Lessor, and the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, herein-
after called Lessee.
WHEREAS, the parties hereto have entered into a Lease
Agreement dated March 8, 1980, a copy of which is attached
hereto, marked Exhibit "A" and made apart hereof; and

WHEREAS, the parties desire to enter into an agreement
supplementing the provisions of said agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, the parties mutually agree as follows:

1 and 2 in Block 13;
7, 8, 9, and 10 in Block 17;
1 and part of lot 2 in Block 25;
8, 9, 14 and 15 in Block 30.

2. All provisions of the agreement are incorporated
herein and are hereby supplemented to conform herewith but
in all other respects are to be and shall continue in full
force.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this
Modification of Parking Agreement on the day and year first
above written.
