RESOLUTION NO:
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK
TO EXECUTE TWO GRANT AGREEMENTS WITH THE FEDERAL
AVIATION ADMINISTRATION TO FINANCE CONSTRUCTION
OF AN ACCESS ROAD AT THE FAYETTEVILLE MUNICIPAL
AIRPORT (DRAKE FIELD).
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute Grant Agreement No.
3-05-0020-02 with 'the Federal Aviation Administration for
$58,500.00 in funds to be used to acquire land for construction
of an access road at the Fayetteville Municipal Airport.
Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute Grant Agreement No.
3-05-0020-03 with the Federal Aviation Administration for
$164,247.00 to finance the cost of site preparation for the
aforesaid access road.
