A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE DESTRUCTION OF CERTAIN
PERMANENT RECORDS AND SUPPORT DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the Board of Directors hereby approves
destruction of the permanent records and support documents
listed in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof.

Section 2. That the Board of Directors hereby authorizes
and directs the City Clerk to destroy said documents.
Section 3. That the Board of Directors hereby authorizes
and directs the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the destruc-
tionaffidavit attached hereto, marked Exhibit "B", and made
a part hereof.

sworn, state:
1. That Paul Noland is the duly elected Mayor of the
City of Fayetteville and Olivia Kelly is the duly appointed
City Clerk of Fayetteville
2. That the documents listed in Exhibit "A" attached
hereto and made a part hereof are being destroyed by the
City Clerk as authorized by the Fayetteville Board of Directors
