A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE NORTHWEST ARKANSAS
REGIONAL PLANNING COMMISSION TO UP -DATE THE CITY'S
GENERAL LAND USE PLAN.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:

Section 1. That the Northwest Arkansas Regional Planning
Commission is hereby authorized and directed to up -date the
City's General Land Use Plan. Said up -date shall include
recommended changes in goals and policies, subdivision
regulations, zoning ordinance provisions, and maps.
Section 2., The Board of Directors hereby appropriates
the sum of $10,000.00 for preparation of said General Land
Use Plan up -date. The Northwest Arkansas Regional Planning
Commission shall not expend, or incur obligations for, any
suminexcess of $10,000.00 for preparation of said General
Land Use'Plan up -date without the prior express approval of
the FayettevilleBoard of Directors.
